abstract |
[Problem] To provide a method for producing regenerative hair follicle germs whereby a large amount of regenerative hair follicle germs can be easily produced compared to the conventional production methods. [Solution] A method for producing regenerative hair follicle germs that comprises a step for culturing a first cell mass containing epithelial cells and a second cell mass containing mesenchymal cells while contacting these cell masses with each other to thereby give hair follicle germs. The production method according to the present invention is characterized in that the first cell mass and/or the second cell mass form cellular aggregate(s) prior to the contact, and the cellular aggregate(s) are brought into contact with the other cell mass without using a culture support. |
