abstract | The problem to be addressed by the present invention is to provide a highly reliable underfill material wherein battery effect and adhered ionic substances on a connection part, and the occurrence of galvanic corrosion and corrosion by moisture absorption have been reduced; and also to provide a production method for an organometallic oxide used therefor, an electronic component device and a production method therefor. This underfill material is characterized by the inclusion of an organometallic oxide having the structure represented by general formula (1).
