abstract | According to the present invention, a method for manufacturing a lens component (1A) involves joining a resin lens (2) having a transmittivity for laser light (L) to a resin base (3) having light absorption characteristics for the laser light (L). The present invention comprises: an overlap step for overlapping the resin lens (2) on the resin base (3); an applying step for applying a thermosetting adhesive (10A) so as to be in contact with both the resin lens (2) and the resin base (3) in a region other than the overlapped surface of the resin lens (2) and the resin base (3); and a joining step in which the resin base is irradiated with the laser light (L) through at least the resin lens (2), so that the resin lens (2) is welded on the resin base (3) and the resin lens (2) adheres to the resin base (3) with the thermosetting adhesive (10A). |
