abstract Disclosed are a display substrate, a display device and an encapsulating method for display parts, belonging to the field of the display technology. The display substrate comprises: an underlayment substrate (201), and a light emitting device (202) and an encapsulating structure (203) which are disposed on the underlayment substrate (201) in sequence in a direction away from the underlayment substrate (201); the encapsulating structure (203) includes an organic scattering layer (2031) and an inorganic barrier layer (2032) disposed on at least one side of the organic scattering layer (2031), and the organic scattering layer (2031) has a bubble structure (M) therein. By providing the organic scattering layer (2031) in the encapsulating structure (203), it is possible to improve the optical coupling efficiency of the display substrate while ensuring the encapsulating effect of the encapsulating structure (203).
