The present invention provides an analysis method comprising a step of measuring the expression level of a gene for encoding a protein of SEQ ID NO: 1 or 2 from among samples of a subject, that is, a gene for encoding USP49, in order to provide information required for diagnosing premature menopause, particularly, premature menopause caused by formaldehyde, which is an environmentally harmful factor. In addition, the present invention provides a kit for diagnosing premature menopause including premature menopause caused by formaldehyde, which is an environmentally harmful factor, the kit including molecules capable of measuring the expression level of a gene for encoding a protein of SEQ ID NO: 1 or 2. |
