titleOfInvention Corrosion amount estimation device and corrosion amount estimation method
abstract According to the present invention, the corrosion amount of a metal material buried in soil is easily estimated. This corrosion amount estimation device 1 is provided with: a soil analysis unit 10 for acquiring a particle diameter distribution of the soil in a plurality of soil samples; a corrosion measurement unit 20 for performing electrochemical measurements at a plurality of soil water contents on electrodes that are buried in the respective soil samples and include a metal material; a soil classification unit 41 for classifying the soil of each of the soil samples into multiple types by using the particle diameter distribution, and calculating a classification ratio; a corrosion rate calculation unit 42 for calculating the corrosion rate at each of the soil water contents for each of the soil samples from polarization resistances obtained by the electrochemical measurement, and specifying the maximum corrosion rate; a corrosion estimation curve generation unit 43 for generating a corrosion estimation curve by using the classification ratio and maximum corrosion rate of each of the soil samples; and a corrosion amount estimation unit 50 for acquiring the classification ratio of actual soil in which the metal material is buried, acquiring the maximum corrosion rate corresponding to said classification ratio from the corrosion estimation curve, and estimating the corrosion amount of the metal material by using the maximum corrosion rate and the duration over which the metal material was buried.
