A nutritional composition comprising a fruit ingredient, medium chain triglycerides, glucose, isomaltulose and maltodextrin, wherein the nutritional composition comprises from 24.0 to 26.0 wt. % of a fruit ingredient, 7.0 to 9.0 wt. % of medium chain triglycerides, 11.0 to 14.0 wt. % of glucose, 36.0 to 39.0 wt. % of isomaltulose and 14.0 to 17.0 wt. % of maltodextrin, relative to 100 wt. % of the total composition. The nutritional composition is usable in energy supply and saturation and/or glycaemia control. |
