titleOfInvention Preparation of zinc linoleate, and application thereof in preparing anti-helicobacter pylori drug
abstract A preparation of zinc linoleate, and an application thereof in preparing an anti-helicobacter pylori drug. Zinc chloride is dissolved in sterile water, and the zinc chloride solution is heated and activated in a reactor, then naturally cooled to room temperature; 1-ethyl-3-(3-dimethylaminopropyl)carbodiimide hydrochloride, N-hydroxysulfosuccinimide sodium salt and linolenic acid are dissolved in EMS solvent and activated in nitrogen gas; the activated zinc chloride and the activated linolenic acid are heated and reacted, then left to cool after the reaction is finished; a dialysis bag is used to perform dialysis in pure water until the pure water is clear and transparent; a vacuum freeze dryer is used to perform drying, and zinc linoleate is obtained. The present invention successfully prepares zinc linoleate, the yield is high, and the zinc linoleate has a good helicobacter pylori inhibiting effect.
