abstract A malodorous electronic nose instrument (I) and a malodorous gas multi-point centralized online monitoring method: the indoor malodorous electronic nose instrument (I) and a plurality of monitoring points (II-1 to II-10) are connected by means of stainless steel pipes, and gas sampling probes (II) can be fixed or movably arranged, and can be arranged at high and low positions; an external vacuum pump (III) can draw malodorous gas on site in the range of a straight line distance of 2.5 km into the malodorous electronic nose instrument (I) within 1 min; a built-in micro-vacuum pump (I-14) continuously draws new malodorous gas of a gas buffer chamber (I-9) only during a headspace sampling stage of 30 seconds, so that the new malodorous gas of the gas buffer chamber (I-9) continuously drawn during the headspace sampling stage flow through an annular operating chamber of a gas-sensitive sensor array (I-1); a modular convolutional neural network (CNN) learns recent time series responses of the gas-sensitive sensor array (I-1) online and predicts an upcoming response, and a modular deep neural network (DNN) establishes, according to malodorous big data, a nonlinear relationship between the gas-sensitive sensor array responses and a plurality of malodorous contaminant concentration values offline; and in contamination sites such as buildings, industrial gardens, waste and sewage treatment areas, residential living areas, etc., the malodorous electronic nose instrument (I) can cyclically monitor up to 10 points online, and realize cyclical online estimation and prediction of the odor unit (OU) value and 10 malodorous contaminant concentration control index values by using a machine learning cascade model.
