abstract |
The present invention relates to a tandem solar cell having improved efficiency through the increase in current density of upper and lower solar cells, and to a manufacturing method for the tandem solar cell. According to the present invention, efficiency can be improved through a tandem solar cell comprising: a first solar cell; a second solar cell having a smaller band gap than the first solar cell; and an intermediate layer disposed between the first solar cell and the second solar cell, the intermediate layer containing a silicon oxide base having a composition of SiOx and doped microcrystalline silicon electrically connecting the first solar cell and the second solar cell in the base. |
