abstract Provided in the present invention is a closed slope runway pool system for use in the large-scale cultivation and harvesting of microalgae, related to the field of large-scale cultivation of microalgae. The system mainly comprises a cultivating subsystem used for microalgae cultivation, an algae liquid regulating subsystem, and a microalgae harvesting subsystem. By providing a runway pool of a predetermined gradient in the cultivating subsystem used for microalgae cultivation, an algae liquid flows along the runway pool under the effect of gravity, thus greatly reducing the energy consumption for driving the flow of the algae liquid; by coupling the runway pool with a closed photobioreactor, implemented are the goals of inexpensive manufacturing costs, simple and convenient operations, easily controllable cultivation conditions, and reduced environmental pollution; and by utilizing a filter membrane to implement the real-time harvesting of microalgae, harvesting costs are greatly reduced.
