titleOfInvention Anti-freezing and cleaning fracturing fluid and preparation method therefor
abstract An anti-freezing and cleaning fracturing fluid described in the present invention comprises the following components in terms of mass percent of the components: a surfactant 2.0-15.0%, a water-soluble salt 1.0-20.0%, an alcohol 28.0-55.0%, and water 36.0-55.0%. The cleaning fracturing fluid is divided into two types on the basis of different surfactants selected. For the first type of anti-freezing and cleaning fracturing fluid, the components in terms of mass percent of the component are: the surfactant 2.0-5.0%, the water-soluble salt 2.0-20.0%, the alcohol 28.0-55.0%, and water 38.0-55.0%, the surfactant being at least one of zwitterionic surfactants of which the hydrophobic tail chain is an unsaturated twenty-two-carbon hydrocarbyl chain. For the second type, the component that same comprises in terms of mass percent of the components are: the surfactant 9.0-15.0%, the water-soluble salt 3.0-15.0%, the alcohol 33.0-52.0%, and water 36.0-50.0%, the surfactant being at least one of zwitterionic surfactants of which the hydrophobic tail chain is an unsaturated eighteen-carbon hydrocarbyl chain. The present invention, while ensuring the performance of the fracturing fluid, reduces the freezing point of the fracturing fluid, increases the low temperature resistance and use performance, and allows safe use even in a sub-zero working environment.
