titleOfInvention | Aircraft deicing/anti-icing fluid thickened by alkyl alcohol amine surfactant and preparation method therefor |
abstract | An aircraft deicing/anti-icing fluid thickened by an alkyl alcohol amine surfactant and a preparation method therefor. The aircraft deicing fluid comprises, in mass percent, the following components: 27%-66% of alcohol, 32%-72% of deionized water, and 0.4%-2.0% of surfactant. The surfactant is at least one of alkyl diol amine surfactants; the alcohol is at least one of bi- and poly-alkyl alcohols having two to five carbon atoms. The present invention also provides a preparation method for the deicing/anti-icing fluid. The deicing/anti-icing fluid of the present invention is simple to prepare, uses components that are all commercially available, and contains no polymer, thereby greatly reducing the risk of forming a hydrated gel. The surfactant used in the present invention is a nonionic surfactant, contains no ionic group in the molecular structure, has no corrosion hazard to metal, plastic, etc., and thus has high safety and low costs. |
