titleOfInvention Application of spermidine salt in control of pine wilt disease
abstract Disclosed is an application of a spermidine salt in the control of pine wilt disease. According to a novel finding during research for the present invention spermidine salts have a significant poisoning effect on Bursaphelenchus nematodes such as pine wood nematode and can be applied in the control thereof. Moreover, spermidine salts are readily available, have better environmental compatibility in comparison with other pesticides, and are safe and effective. Spermidine salts can be used to develop novel pine wood nematode control agents that are safer and more effective, have important theoretical guiding significance and practical application value for the control of plant diseases caused by Bursaphelenchus nematodes such as pine wood nematode, and have good application and market prospects.
