titleOfInvention Bacillus velezensis strain having nitrogen fixing ability and plant growth promoting activity, and use thereof
abstract The present invention relates to a Bacillus velezensis strain having a nitrogen fixing ability and a plant growth promoting activity, and a use thereof. A Bacillus velezensis KN775 strain, of the present invention, having a nitrogen fixing ability has a high-efficiency nitrogen fixing ability, increases the growth and production of crops by fixing nitrogen in the air, and can be provided as a microbial preparation enabling eco-friendly cultivation of plants and safe cultivation of crops. The Bacillus velezensis KN775 strain of the present invention can have a positive effect on plant growth so as to broaden the range of bacteria beneficial for crop production as bacteria effectively promoting plant growth. In addition, a novel strain of the present invention can be used as a material for eco-friendly organic farming by being formulated in a microbial preparation, and can be used for increasing the yield and quality of crops.
