abstract | Provided is an injection needle (1) for an endoscope comprising a needle body (3) having a longitudinal axis and capable of moving back and forth in a cylindrical sheath (7) along the longitudinal axis of the sheath (7), wherein the needle body (3) includes a puncture portion (3a) that is to be punctured into the tissue of the digestive tract and a non-puncture portion (3b) positioned outside the tissue when the puncture portion (3a) is punctured into the tissue, and the puncture portion (3a) includes a flow path (21) that causes ethanol (Z) to flow along the longitudinal axis of the needle body (3), a needle tip (13) disposed at the distal end of the puncture portion (3a), a proximal end surface (15a) where the ethanol (Z) that has flowed through the flow path (21) collides with in a position closer to the proximal end than the needle tip (13), and a communication passage (23) that extends in a direction intersecting the longitudinal axis of the needle body (3) in the vicinity of the proximal end surface (15a), connects the inside of the flow path (21) with the outside thereof, and causes the ethanol (Z) that has collided with the proximal end surface (15a) to flow out radially outward of the needle body (3). |
