A reagent, a method for distinguishing platelets under hemolytic conditions using the reagent, and a blood cell analyzer. The reagent comprises: a first agent as a hemolytic agent; and a second agent, the second agent being a membrane-specific dye or a mitochondrion-specific dye. By using the reagent, method and analyzer, platelet differentiation and reticulocyte alarm can be achieved under hemolytic conditions, and white blood cells can be further identified and counted, so that blood samples can be analyzed quickly and accurately in a single channel. |
