titleOfInvention Mass production manufacturing method for tissue chip
abstract A mass production manufacturing method for a tissue or cell chip, which is characterized in comprising: using a shaping device to shape tissue particles, cultivated cells or collected exfoliated cells (such as exfoliated cells from pleural effusion and ascites), forming the tissue particles by means of crushing fresh tissue, tissue fixed by formalin or another solvent (such as alcohol and so on) or a tissue block embedded in paraffin by using a tissue crusher, implanting the shaped tissue or cells in a receptor wax mold or adhering the shaped tissue or cells onto a metal plate, and slicing to obtain a tissue or cell chip. The manufacturing method has the advantages of being low cost, being convenient, being quick, being used for mass production and shaping being diversified, and the method may be used for fresh tissue, fixed tissue, tissue embedded in paraffin, cultivated cells or exfoliated cells such as exfoliated cells from pleural effusion and ascites so as to popularize the method to each department of pathology as well as relevant research units.
