abstract |
The present invention belongs to the field of biomedical materials. In particular, disclosed is a use of sulfated heparin disaccharide-grafted polymethylacryloyl ethanolamine. The sulfated heparin disaccharide-grafted polymethylacryloyl ethanolamine has properties of strong antitumor activity and low anticoagulant activity. The sulfated heparin disaccharide-grafted polymethylacryloyl ethanolamine used in the present invention provides a new direction for studies on preparing an antitumor drug using heparin. |
