Provided are a biomarker for depression and the use thereof, comprising at least one selected from the following: Bacteroides thetaiotaomicron and/or an analogue thereof, Butyriyibrio crossotus and/or an analogue thereof, Alistipes shahii and/or an analogue thereof, Clostridium bolteae and/or an analogue thereof, Haemophilus parainfluenzae and/or an analogue thereof, Veillonella dispar and/or an analogue thereof, and Prevotella copri and/or an analogue thereof. Also provided are a kit for detecting the biomarker, and a device for detecting or predicting whether a subject has depression or related diseases. |
