Cd4-positive cell-specific dna aptamer and chimera thereof |
abstract |
Provided are a CD4-positive cell-specific DNA aptamer and a chimera thereof. A CD4-positive cell-specific DNA aptamer is constructed by combining nucleic acid aptamer technology with RNAi technology which have a cell targeting function, and an anti-cancer siRNA is selectively introduced into CD4-positive tumor-associated macrophages. The function of delivering anti-cancer siRNA and the anti-tumor effect of the CD4-positive cell-specific DNA aptamer acting as a vector guide tool is detected in tumor-associated macrophages and breast cancer cell culture systems in vitro. A novel gene anti-cancer drug based on targeted RNAi is provided, and a new idea for the development of the targeted introduction of RNAi into a target cell is simultaneously provided. |
