abstract |
The disclosure relates to systems and methods for sintering of compositions with metal nanoparticles and photosensitive polymer compositions in printed circuit board, and/or flexible printed circuit, and/or high density interconnect printed circuit, using a single electromagnetic radiation-emitting source, emitting electromagnetic radiation at a predetermined spectrum by tuning the shape and/or size of the metal nanoparticles and refractive index of the conductive ink such that the spectrum overlaps with the metal nanoparticles' surface plasmon resonance (SPR) peak wavelength, or to the conductive ink's electromagnetic absorbance spectrum. |
