A cooking appliance comprises: a heating device; a gas channel for guiding, to the heating device, gas supplied from the outside; a gas valve provided to supply gas to the gas channel; an adjustment valve provided to adjust how open the gas channel is; a boosting channel formed to be branched from a first portion of the gas channel and join at a second portion arranged more rearward than the first portion in the direction in which the gas of the gas channel flows; a boosting valve provided to open and close the boosting channel; a first nozzle arranged between the first portion and the second portion of the gas channel; and a second nozzle arranged between the second portion of the gas channel and the heating device. |
