abstract |
Provided is a thick water-based cosmetic that offers a novel feel on use. The thick water-based cosmetic of the present invention has a viscoelastic ratio of 10 or higher and a viscosity at a shear rate of 1/s of 500 mPa∙s or lower before concentration, and changes to the form of a gel having a viscoelastic ratio of 0.5 or lower and a viscosity at a shear rate of 1/s of 70,000 mPa∙s or higher when concentrated five-fold by removing the water by drying. |
