abstract A hydrogen-mixed gas generating device according to an embodiment of the present invention includes: a superheated steam heating unit which generates superheated steam by heating raw water and further heats the superheated steam to generate a mixed gas containing hydrogen gas; and a communication unit which can communicate with a predetermined terminal device and which, based on a preset condition, transmits information corresponding to the condition to the terminal device. The superheated steam heating unit has: a heating pipe into which the raw water flows, the heating pipe storing a reduction promoting member; and a coil heater which is wound around the heating pipe. The reduction promoting member includes: a first metal member which is formed of stainless steel and has a cylindrical portion that has rods extending from both ends; and a second metal member which is formed from a ferrous material and is stored inside the cylindrical portion with a plurality of the second metal members being bundled.
