The present invention provides a delivery vehicle for functionalising an aerosol in proximity to the delivery vehicle, wherein the delivery vehicle comprises a porous substrate material comprising at least one porous thermoplastic polymer and at least one formulation held within the thermoplastic polymer, wherein the formulation comprises at least one functionalising component and the porous thermoplastic polymer has a formulation loading capacity of at least 30% w/w based on the porous substrate. |
