| abstract | The invention relates to an ecological pencil and/or colour pencil produced from recycled paper, which consists of a cylindrical body formed by at least one or a plurality of thin layers or sheets of recycled paper successively cut to pre-established sizes, rolled, compacted and joined by an adhesive (not illustrated), forming a compact and rigid cylindrical body, housing in its centre a writing element that can be a graphite lead or a coloured wax lead, joined and glued with an adhesive to the first central rolled sheet. This cylindrical body further comprises a conical recess that exposes the tip of the writing element formed by the graphite lead or coloured wax lead. This cylindrical body comprises, at the end opposite the conical recess, a cavity generated by smoothing, in which a substance, material or product is accommodated and stored, and which is closed and sealed by a cover, preferably made of recycled paper, producing a single-piece pencil and/or colour pencil; and it further comprises a perimetral notch that consists in a cutting line that weakens the wall, allowing this wall to be detached or cut to detach completely or in part this portion and extract the substance or product accommodated and stored therein for being used; wherein this pencil comprises an aromatic liquid or fragrance impregnating at least one section of the thin layers or sheets of recycled paper and released when the pencil and/or colour pencil is sharpened. |
