titleOfInvention Information maintaining encoding and decoding method and device
abstract The present invention provides an information maintaining encoding method based on sample value probability distribution. The value probability distribution of a sample indicates evaluation of the probability of different values for a sample. The provided information maintaining encoding method more meets the non-stationary characteristic of the actual information source probability, and the code length is the overhead caused by an estimation error of the sample value probability distribution. The present invention further provides multiple encoding methods based on sample value probability distribution. The encoding efficiency is significantly improved by improving the estimation accuracy of the sample value probability distribution.
