Disclosed is a method for catalyzing selective hydrogenolysis of lignin by a nickel-base material loaded by zirconium phosphate. The method is used for preparing a monophenol chemical substance by means of hydrogenolysis. The method comprises: using a renewable biomass as a raw material, adding a nickel-base catalyst to an alcohol solution reaction medium, adjusting a ratio of phosphate to zirconium in a carrier of the catalyst and the reaction temperature, and performing selective catalytic hydrogenolysis on the raw material under the conditions that the pressure is 1-4 MPa H 2 and the reaction time is 1-5 h to form a monophenol chemical substance with high additional value. In the carrier of the catalyst, the ratio of phosphate to zirconium is 1:(1-3), and the loading amount of Ni is 5 wt%-25 wt%. According to the present invention, the conversion rate of lignin is greater than 85.1%; the yield of monophenol is greater than 13.0%; the selectivity of 4-ethylphenol is greater than 38.3%. The method is simple in process, comprises mild reaction conditions, and can be used for uncontinuous and continuous production. The obtained small molecule product can be used as a chemical substance with high additional value, and can also be used as a biomass fuel precursor. |
