Provided are: an inkjet ink constituted by edible pigments, including sodium copper chlorophyllin and a pigment other than sodium copper chlorophyllin, dispersed in a dispersion medium containing propylene glycol, wherein it is possible to suppress precipitation of the pigment components and other components and limit reductions in print resumability, even when the inkjet ink is stored for an extended period of time; and a tablet comprising a printing section printed using the inkjet ink. The inkjet ink according to the present embodiment is an edible inkjet ink containing edible pigments, including at least sodium copper chlorophyllin and a pigment other than sodium copper chlorophyllin, and a dispersion medium containing propylene glycol, the propylene glycol content being in a range of 0.001 mass% to 19 mass%, inclusive, of the inkjet ink as a whole. |
