abstract |
This thermally conductive sheet is employed in a medical device which has a clamping portion provided with a pair of holding members for clamping biological tissue, and which clamps target biological tissue using the clamping portion and treats the clamped target biological tissue by applying heat thereto, the thermally conductive sheet being used to conduct heat to a site of contact with the target biological tissue on at least one of the holding members, wherein the thermally conductive sheet contains a silicone cross-linked substance and a thermally conductive filler, and in a stress-strain curve acquired on the basis of measured values obtained by measuring compressive stress and an amount of strain in the thickness direction at 200°C, an inflection point is not detected in a region in which the compressive stress is at most equal to 1 MPa. |
