abstract | Provided is an adhesive composition that favorably adheres to members of different materials, such as metals and plastics (and, in particular, non-polar plastics such as polypropylene) and the like, and that has excellent shear adhesive force and demonstrates high adhesive force even under vibration. The adhesive composition contains an epoxy resin and a polyester resin that has a number average molecular weight of at least 5,000 but less than 30,000. The glass transition temperature of the polyester resin is 0°C–40°C. The polymer blend ratio (epoxy resin/polyester resin) of epoxy resin to polyester resin is 90/10–25/75. |
