titleOfInvention | Testing kit and testing method |
abstract | This testing kit comprises a spreading layer 12 for spreading a test sample including a virus, a recognition part 17 provided at an intermediate position within the spreading layer 12, and a reagent part 13 disposed so as to be in contact with an edge part of the spreading layer 12. The recognition part 17 has, fixed thereto, mouse-derived first and second specific antibodies for specifically recognizing first and second antigen determination sites of a virus. The reagent part 13 includes mouse-derived first and second labeled antibodies that are for specifically recognizing the first and second antigen determination sites of the virus and are labeled with a labeling substance, and the first and second labeled antibodies are such that at least one from among an antigen site recognized by human anti-mouse antibody and a carbohydrate binding site of a carbohydrate-recognizing antibody is removed or modified. As a result, it is possible to test for virus infection quickly and with exceptional detection sensitivity. |
