The present invention relates to a fusion protein comprising an Ixodes ricinus salivary gland polypeptide. In particular, the present invention relates to a fusion protein comprising at least one Ixodes ricinus salivary gland polypeptide, at least one serum albumin polypeptide and at least one linker peptide. The present invention also relates to the use of such a fusion protein for preventing or treating thrombus formation and/or thrombus growth. The present invention further relates to pharmaceutical compositions, medicaments and methods comprising such a fusion protein. |
