titleOfInvention | Testing device and testing system used for to-can laser |
abstract | A testing device used for a TO-CAN laser. Said testing device comprises a testing socket (10), a coaxial waveguide substrate (20), and a test PCB board (30). Said testing socket (10) comprises a coaxial waveguide tube which accommodates TO-CAN laser signal output pins and a conductive slot which accommodates TO-CAN laser signal input pins. Said coaxial waveguide substrate (20) is connected to a coaxial waveguide pin of the test PCB board (30) and the coaxial waveguide tube of the socket respectively. The conductive slot of the testing socket (10) is connected to a corresponding control pin of the test PCB board (30). When said testing device tests a TO-CAN, it is not necessary to cut short the fuse thereof, which is useful in mass production testing and comprehensive testing on TO-CAN optical transmitters; meanwhile, the band width may be expanded from DC to about 60GHz by means of the coaxial waveguide substrate. |
