Compound for positive electrode |
abstract |
The purpose of the present invention is to provide a highly electroconductive compound for a positive electrode, the compound exhibiting an excellent utilization rate after a high temperature standing and an excellent initial characteristic utilization rate. This compound for a positive electrode has: a core which is secondary particles resulting from aggregation of primary particles and which contains a nickel composite hydroxide; and a coating layer disposed on the surface of the core, containing elemental nickel, 500 ppm or less of elemental cobalt and 10 ppm or less of elemental phosphorus. The elemental nickel content in the coating layer is 6-20 parts by mass with respect to 100 parts by mass of the core, and the volume resistivity of the compound is 1.5 × 10 Ω∙cm or less. |
