titleOfInvention | Self-adhesive microneedle patch capable of rapidly swelling and preparation method therefor |
abstract | A self-adhesive micro needle patch capable of rapidly swelling and a preparation method therefor. An acrylated hydrophilic polymer is synthesized by modifying a hydrophilic polymer with a first modifier (one of acrylic anhydride and methacrylic anhydride or a mixture of the two). Then, a catechol-modified acrylated hydrophilic polymer is synthesized by means of a secondary reaction of a catechol compound and the acrylated hydrophilic polymer. The hydrophilic polymer has good biocompatibility, and when the hydrophilic polymer is prepared into a micro needle patch, the micro needle patch has good biocompatibility. At the same time, the micro needle patch can quickly absorb a liquid for swelling, and will not be blocked by skin tissue during the absorbing process. Further, due to the action of catechol groups, the micro needle patch can be adhered to the skin surface without the need for an additional rubberized fabric or adhesive tape for fixation, saving time, effort and cost. |
