titleOfInvention Fully automatic high-efficiency belt magnetic separator
abstract A fully automatic high-efficiency belt magnetic separator, comprising a machine frame (1), wherein one end of the machine frame (1) is provided with a fine ore discharge hopper (2), and the other end of the machine frame (1) is internally provided with a coarse ore discharge hopper (11); a cover plate (6) is disposed at both sides of an upper end of the machine frame (1), and a conveyor belt body (5) is disposed above the machine frame (1); a support leg hinge lug seat (3) is mounted between a bottom part of the conveyor belt body (5) and the machine frame (1), and the support leg hinge lug seat (3) is fixed by means of the cooperation of a bolt (18) and a nut (17); by means of disposing an elastic pad (16) to provide a cushioning effect while enabling the bolt (18) and the nut (17) to be fixed more closely, and by means of providing a lifting mechanism (4), the conveyor belt body (5) may be raised, such that minerals and debris may be conveniently trapped and discharged at two ends of a conveyor belt. A synchronous belt in a traditional sense is single traction; however, the fully automatic high-efficiency belt magnetic separator bonds a plurality of individual synchronous belts together with the conveyor belt. The characteristics of the synchronous belts having a traction force and a guide tooth moving track that does not deviate are used to form an integral conveyor belt to be pulled by a synchronous gear, thereby achieving the functions of stability and non-deviation of the conveyor belt of the magnetic separator.
