The present invention describes a method for the production of a lemon balm raw material, said method comprising growing lemon balm in lighting, wherein the lighting is provided with the following light spectrum with reference to wave lengths: -10-20% within a wavelength range of 400-500 nm; -18-40% within a wavelength range of 500-600 nm; -40-62% within a wavelength range of 600-700 nm; and said method also comprising providing the lemon balm raw material subsequent to harvesting. |
