abstract | Provided are: a surface-protective-agent composition that exhibits superior anti-corrosion performance, which prevents metal corrosion, as a result of achieving both a high adhesiveness with respect to a metal surface and a superior water repellent effect; and a terminal-equipped coated wire employing said surface-protective-agent composition. The surface-protective-agent composition is formed by blending, with respect to the total quantity of the composition: (a) 0.1-10% by mass of a phosphorus compound represented by general formula (1) in terms of the phosphorus element equivalent quantity; (b) 0.1-10% by mass of a metal-containing compound in terms of the metal element equivalent quantity or 0.1-5.0% by mass of an amine compound in terms of the nitrogen element equivalent quantity; (c) a (meth)acrylate having one or more trifluoromethyl groups; (d) a (meth)acrylate having a hydrocarbon chain that has four or more carbon atoms; and (e) 0.1-10% by mass of a photopolymerization initiator. In general formula (1), R1 indicates a hydrogen atom, R2 indicates a hydrocarbon group having 4-30 carbon atoms, and R3 indicates a hydrogen atom or a hydrocarbon group having 4-30 carbon atoms. |
