This membrane-forming resin composition is for protecting an article on which an organic polymer is exposed, the composition comprising a polyurethane resin (A) having a hydroxyl group, a (meth)acrylic resin (B) having a hydroxyl group, and a polyfunctional isocyanate (C), wherein the crosslink density n calculated using formula n = E' min /(3RT) is 1.0 × 10 -4 to 5.0 × 10 -3 mol/cm 3 , where E' min represents the minimum storage modulus of a cured membrane obtained by curing the resin composition at 80°C for 16 hours, as measured by viscoelasticity measurement at a frequency of 1.0 Hz and a temperature in the range of -40 to 160°C, T represents the absolute temperature at the minimum E' min , and R represents the gas constant. |
