abstract | This alloy powder for an electrode contains particles of a hydrogen storage alloy, wherein the particles include an aggregation portion in which nickel is aggregated. The hydrogen storage alloy contains an element L, an element E, Ni, and an element M. The element L is a Group-3 element in the periodic table, the element E is a Group-2 element in the periodic table, and the element M is at least one selected from the group consisting of Al and elements (exclusive of Ni) in the 4th to 6th periods of each of Groups 4 to 14 in the periodic table, and also contains Ag and Sn. With respect to the total of the elements L and E, the ratio x of Ni and the ratio y of the element M satisfy 2.50≤x+y≤4.50. |
