titleOfInvention | Pancreatic islet separation device and method |
abstract | A pancreatic islet separation device and method. The device comprises a cavity (1) and a filter mechanism (2). The filter mechanism divides the inner cavity of the cavity (1) into a first chamber and a second chamber; the first chamber is provided with a first opening (111); the second chamber is provided with a second opening (112). According to the device, the cavity (1) is divided into two chambers by means of the filter mechanism (2); after a pancreas digests in one chamber, a released pancreatic islet passes through the filter mechanism (2) from the first chamber to enter the second chamber; the second opening (112) is intermittently opened by unscrewing to allow the pancreatic fluid in the second chamber to flow out, thereby avoiding excessive digestion of the pancreatic islet; the device is simple in structure, low in costs, and convenient to operate. |
