The present invention relates to: microcapsules for self-healing concrete in which a large amount of calcium carbonate is generated by urea-decomposing microorganisms when cracks occur in concrete, such that cracked areas can be self-healed; a method for producing the microcapsules; and a concrete composition containing the microcapsules. The microcapsule for self-healing concrete according to the present invention may comprise a core including spores formed by co-culturing a urea-decomposing microorganisms that decompose urea to produce carbonate ion (CO3 2-) and non-urea degrading microorganisms that do not decompose urea, and a shell surrounding the core. |
