abstract | The present invention is an apparatus for connecting a supercritical fluid extraction device and a liquid chromatograph mass spectrometer, the apparatus being provided with a dilution part, a six-port valve, and a trap column, the dilution part being provided between the supercritical fluid extraction device and a conduit of the six-port valve, and introducing a diluent to an extraction solution of the supercritical fluid extraction device to reduce the hydrophobicity of the extraction solution, the trap column being a hydrophobic trap column for trapping a target substance in the extraction solution mixed with the diluent, both ends of the trap column being connected to the six-port valve, and the six-port valve controlling connection of the supercritical fluid extraction device, the trap column, and the liquid chromatograph mass spectrometer so that the extraction solution mixed with the diluent flows into the trap column, and the target substance in the trap column flows into the liquid chromatograph mass spectrometer. |
