abstract The invention relates to a planning device (P) for generating control data for an ophthalmological laser therapy device (1) having a laser device (L) and a control unit (12), which comprises an interface (S1) for introducing different data and an interface (S2) for taking the control data to the control unit of the ophthalmological laser therapy device, and which is designed to produce, from the introduced data, control data for a scan pattern (25) for the ophthalmological laser therapy device, by means of which a structure (32, 33, 35) can be produced in the cornea (16), the limbus (14) and/or the sclera (21) of an eye of a patient eye (3). The present invention further relates to a corresponding planning method, to an ophthalmological laser therapy device, to a shunt implant (30, 31, 34, 37), to a computer program product and to a method for producing such a structure. The aim of the invention is to provide devices and methods by means of which a stable drainage, which can be reliably and precisely positioned, can be established directly through the cornea, the limbus and/or the sclera. This object is achieved by a planning device having an interface (S1) for introducing data characterising the eye of a patient and for introducing data of a model of a shunt implant and/or of a structure for reducing the bridging pressure of the cornea to be produced in the cornea, the limbus and/or the sclera, which is designed to generate from the introduced data, control data for the scan pattern of this structure and/or a structure for receiving the shunt implant.
