titleOfInvention Organic fertilizer produced with sludge and production method therefor
abstract Disclosed are an organic fertilizer produced with sludge and a production method therefor. The organic fertilizer consists of the following raw materials in parts by weight: 300-600 parts of dried sludge particles; 60-80 parts of peat mixture, 1-2 parts of calcium phosphate, 2-6 parts of potassium chloride, 15-25 parts of ammonium chloride and calcium nitrate mixture, 20-60 parts of livestock and poultry manure mixture, and 30-80 parts of saw dust and straw crushed material mixture. Sludge is fermented, an organic fertilizer is combined, and a small amount of inorganic fertilizer is added to make the fertilizer more nutritious; harmful gases generated by the sludge are chemically decomposed and useful components in the sludge are fully combined with the organic fertilizer; there is no need to apply any chemical fertilizer; the fertilizer can be directly absorbed by plant roots, will not affect the soil structure and reduce the nutrient structure, and has the capability to be recycled.
