abstract |
This electrode foil for an electrolytic capacitor is provided with: an anode electrode body that has a base material part and porous parts; and a dielectric layer that covers the base material part. The anode electrode body is provided with a first main surface toward which the porous parts are open, a second main surface that is the rear surface of the first main surface, and an end surface that connects the first and second main surfaces. In a nearby region where the depth from the end surface is equal to or smaller than a prescribed distance, the film thickness TA of the dielectric layer formed along a porous part is larger than the film thickness T0 of the dielectric layer formed in a deep part, in the thickness direction, of a porous part at the central part of the first main surface. |
