abstract Disclosed is a rubber sponge that has a foaming part comprising a vulcanized synthetic rubber, wherein the foaming part has an average cell diameter of 10-350 μm, and the standard deviation of the cell diameters in the foaming part is 10-150 μm. The synthetic rubber may be contained in an amount of 20-80 mass% with respect to the mass of the rubber sponge.
