abstract |
A cyclobutane dicarboxylic acid platinum complex shown in formula (I) and an intermediary, a preparation method, a pharmaceutical composition, and a use thereof. The cyclobutane dicarboxylic acid platinum complex has good anti-tumour activity. The complex provided in the present invention has a water solubility several dozen times higher than existing platinum anti-tumour drugs; the feature of high water solubility can increase and improve the excretion of drugs in the kidneys and alleviate the high renal toxicity side effects normally present for platinum drugs; the compounds are easily formulated and more convenient for clinical application. |
